Caldey Island Bead
The tranquil Island of Caldey is just off the coast of Tenby in Pembrokeshire. It is steeped in tradition that remains from Celtic times. This holy island with is beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife and rich history is the perfect place to explore for a day out.
All our island beads continue this design but in different colours. This bead is made using a core of bright blue glass, inspired by the sign posts around the island, which we then roll in some sparkle mica powder before encasing in clear glass. The surface is then decorated with random sized dots of blue glass.

Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
