The Maldives Bead
The Maldives are formed of 26 atolls, or atholhu in Dhivehi — the source of the English word. These are not single islands, but giant ringlike coral formations hundreds of kilometers wide that have fragmented into countless islands.

Our beautiful Maldives bead had to be turquoise to represent the beautiful tropical waters of the Indian Ocean lapping against the white sand beads of the Maldivian Atolls....shown as little white glass circular islands.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
