Orders are shipped every day Monday to Friday, orders placed before 12 Midday will be sent that day (excluding Saturday and Sunday). PLEASE NOTE that some of our Beach Sand Bead & Pebble Products are made to order and may take up to 3 days to dispatch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class to ship all orders unless you select Special Delivery at checkout.
1st Class Royal Mail - No Gift Box - £2.00 - your order will be shipped in a cardboard envelope via Royal Mail 1st Class - please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
1st Class Royal Mail - Gift Box - £4.00 - your order will be shipped in one of our Nalu Gift Boxes (small parcel size) via Royal Mail 1st Class - please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
Special Delivery Royal Mail - £7.50 - your order will be shipped in one of our Nalu Gift Boxes (small parcel size) via Royal Mail Special Delivery - if ordered before 12 midday Monday to Friday you will receive your order by 12 Midday (next working day) and you will be sent a tracking number.

My order hasn’t arrived…
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, unless you have selected Special Delivery, we do have to allow 2 weeks for parcels to arrive. We do ask that you check with your local post office to see if they have your parcel but please let us know so we can sort it out for you.
Can I track my order…
If you would like to track your order please select Special Delivery on the shipping page of checkout, we will then send you a tracking number. Please note that Royal Mail 1st Class does not offer a tracking service.
When will my order be shipped…
We process all orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 midday the same day and post them that afternoon unless it is a product that is being made to order, please see individual product listings for details. Please note that our studio is closed Saturday and Sunday so all orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped next working day.

We are sure that you will be completely thrilled with your purchase from Nalu Beads but if, for any reason, you should decide not to keep it, our returns policy makes it easy for you to send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging.
Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them, and obtain proof of postage. We will then refund you the original cost of your order ( plus the postage if there was a fault with the order).
If you purchased your beads from a retail store or website other than nalubeads.com please go directly to the original place of purchase, thank you.
We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR DETAILS! We cannot deal with your return if we don't know who you are!
We check all of our products throughly before sending them out to you but in the unfortunate case that you have a product that is damaged or has a flaw, please contact us on (01271) 817614 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We WILL sort the problem out for you no matter what it is so pease just let us know and we are more than happy to help!
